Hello, I’m Mery.
I hate having to write about myself and I’ve been trying to avoid doing so but I finally decided to bite the bullet. so. pardon the fact this appears to be thoroughly superficial.
Because it is.
I’m a coffee addict, and an incurable night owl who has a soft spot for quality literature and good movies. This blog is a love child of my interests, it epitomizes my daily inner conflict of what I want to express.
I attempt to make it a juxtaposition between art and poetry with some arbitrary sex and hott babes and beautiful men with body mods tossed in [it usually ends up predominately one if you haven’t noticed] with a dash of anything and everything I find beautiful.
To many these subjects may be considered two sides of the very same coin and I’m just being too anal. Which frequently happens.
It’s currently six in the morning, I have not slept and I’m.. rambling nonsensically……. this is why I thought it wise to note above about my loathing of ‘about mes’.
..If you are capable of understanding any of this, just know that I love you.
bands I enjoy: Between the Buried and Me, Scale the Summit, Animals as Leaders, As Blood Runs Black, Chiodos, Oh Sleeper, Periphery, The Contortionist, Tesseract, Elitist, Protest the Hero, Veil of Maya, All Shall Perish, Despised Icon, Woe is Me (This is a very one dimensional list catering primarily to just metal, bet let it be known I appreciate a broad spectrum of music including Stravinsky, Shostakovitch, Iron & Wine, Horse Feathers, DeVotchKa, etc.)
